What is the Nationwide Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC) Program

As a non-profit 501(c)6 organization, CISEC, Inc. administers its 2-day professional certification program that recognizes the abilities, skills, experience and knowledge of inspectors of sediment and erosion control (S&EC). This session will demonstrate how the CISEC training modules address:
• Inspector obligations necessary to meet EPA and other regulatory requirements,
• Essential background requirements all inspectors must possess,
• How to inspect Best Management Practices installed on construction sites and
• Inspection tasks to completed by conducting a virtual inspection of a construction site.
The session will also provide information about the CISEC certifying examinations for those seeking to become a nationwide “In-Training” or “Full” registrant.
